Hi Sammiiee and Helen I like that you are thinking about making contributions to our world and community. What special qualities and skills do you think an educated person have to help them make a contribution?
Hi First 15 I think to, be educated is to understand to have learned, what is important, for example to be educated about being a doctor is to have been taught what a doctor is and what they do and how to be one. Being educated is to have been taught, or educated about something – it’s to have been told. Here are three things that the dictionary says being educated is: 1. Having an education, especially a good one 2. Displaying culture, taste and knowledge; cultivated 3. Based on experience or information (especially in the phrase an educated guess) Yours Sincerely, Your blogging buddy Mackenzie, Room 24, Taradale Intermediate School

Hi Mackenzie and room 24. Thanks for your comment about what you think is to be educated as i agree with you points of view. I see you looked up the dictionary and three different ideas about education. As it is funny to find so many different types of ideas about education as I am sure some of your class mates have some totally different ideas about education and how it effects us in life.Thank you for your comment from Giorgione.xx in room 15

We think education means to learn new things and to be prepared for the future and for things that are coming to you that you will need to face.
