Power of intorverts

Mrs Moran found an interesting speech (and book) about the power of introverts. Introverts are people who tend to quiet and enjoy doing activities by themselves rather than in big groups.

In contrast, extroverts tend to enjoy social activities and are a bit louder.

We can all sometimes be introverts and extroverts.

Susan Cain, the speaker, thinks that schools aren't very welcoming to introverts.

Are you more of an introvert or an extrovert?

How do you think schools could be a more welcoming place to introverts?

  2. Hey Miss,

I think I am more of an introvert than an extrovert and it seems alot of people agree due to what happened on the mat.

I think schools can be more welcoming to people like me by allowing us the choice to work on our own or together. It can be stressing when you're forced to work in an uncomfortable enviroment.

  3. I think we are all extroverts, reason being we hate doing things on our own! We love doing our things in big groups. And schools should be more welcoming by not forcing them to do the extrovert things! Thanks,

  7. Hi Stephanie
Elizabeth is both and Helen is both too.

Introverts are quiet and they learn more and are generally smarter.

  8. Hi stephanie,
Sally-Ann: I am more an interovert than extrovert.
Make more quiet corners and a little more independant time.

Lele: I guessing that I am more an extrovert than introvert.
I think we should have more reading time and indipendent time.

Lachy- I am in between because sometimes I like working by myself but other times with others.
Michael- Introvert because I usually work by myself.
Ram- Extrovert because 5 heads is better than 1.

We could have two options instead of one so one for introverts and one for extroverts.
